Silk valley resort is fully built by Taiwanese cypress, which is consider the best cypress in the world and treasures the worlds' extraordinary uniqueness, strength and the special fragrance; further more, it benefits human in both mental and physical. For diameter of Taiwanese cypress, a meter's growth takes about a thousand year. That's why it's now under protection. The woods that the resort owns were the owner's collection when he was young. More than 90% of wood in the resort are without painting since painting is toxin, we believe that people has rights to refuse having toxin in their lives. Silk Valley is located at a delicate valley near Yangmingshan National Park, it takes around only 30 mins traffic time driving from here to down town Taipei.
